For example, I vividly remember the first time that one of my customers accused one of my officers of not being on-site. They swore up and down that the officer wasn’t showing up for work and if he was, he was someplace sleeping.

When I dug deeper into what proof she had, what she told me was that she hadn’t seen the officer in days and that their residents hadn’t seen the officer either. But in this case her “proof” wasn’t the problem, the real problem was my lack of proof! Unfortunately, when I had my security company there weren’t many software options for small-to-medium-sized security guard companies to use to track their officers. I could have really used one in that instance.
