The QR codes (Quick Response Codes) are machine readable labels that contain information about the item to which they are attached. They look like high tech barcodes.

What is a NFC tag?

NFC tags are microchips that store information that can be transferred to another NFC device, such as a mobile phone. Please note that NFC tags are only compatible with Android devices

You will be charged a monthly subscription fee to use our software.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer volume discounts and discounts for paying annually.

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription? Is there a contract?
There are no contracts or cancelation fees so you can cancel your subscription at any time.
What is the difference between the Standard Subscription and the Mobile Subscription?
  • The Standard Subscription is for your officers that secure a single client’s site throughout their shift.
  • The Mobile Subscription is for your officers in a vehicle that check on multiple clients throughout the night and are not tied to a single client or location.

How secure is my data?
Your data is secured in several ways:
  1. Our servers and firewalls are configured to allow only the absolute minimum level of access. All unnecessary users, protocols, and ports are disabled and monitored.
  2. Operating systems and third-party software are kept current with the latest upgrades and patches recommended by their vendors.
  3. Our databases and backups can only be accessed through trusted and secure authentication.
How long is my data stored?
Your data is securely stored forever.
Can my clients see other clients’ information?
No, clients will only be able to see their own information.
How do I download the app on my smart device?
To download the app on your smartphone, visit either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Are reports automatically emailed to my clients?

Yes, reports are automatically emailed to clients. 

Can I view/edit reports before clients see them?
Yes, our software allows you view and edit reports before your clients see them.
Will the software let me know if I have an open shift?

Yes, you are able to set up alerts to notify you of open shifts.

Will the software let me know if my officers are not doing their patrols?
Yes, the software will email or text you if your officers are not doing their patrols.
Can my officers Clock In or Out if they are not at work?
No, each time your officers attempt to login we GPS verify their locations so if they are not at work they cannot access the software.
How hard is it to train my officers to use the software?
Not hard at all.  A majority of our customers can train their officers in under 30 minutes.
My officers don’t have smartphones or tablets; can they use a computer?
Yes, our software can be used on smart devices as well as computers and laptops.
